During these difficult days, we would like to inform you of the proactive actions we are taking in our hotel due to the Covid-19 outbreak.

 

At Hotel Villa Tokur, we work according the regulations from the Ministry of Tourism and the World Health Organization (WHO). We offer you a holiday experience where you can feel safe and secure.

 

Health is our priority!

 

HYGIENE GUIDE

• In our hotel the guest rooms, swimming pool bar, public areas, kitchen and all other areas of use are frequently disinfected with products approved by the Ministry of Health.

• When our guests enter our hotel their body temperature will be measured.

• Our rooms are cleaned and disinfected thoroughly and the checked-out rooms are frequently ventilated for a period of time.

• All general areas with which guests are in contact are frequently disinfected and inspected.

• The seating groups in our general spaces have been repositioned according to the physical (social) distance rules.

• Hand sanitiser is available for our guests in all general areas at all times.

• Our staff working during the breakfast time use personal protective equipment such as masks whilst preparing and serving breakfast.

 

OUR STAFF

• Special training is given to all our employees on the Covid-19 outbreak.

• Temperature checking of our staff are taken daily at the start and end of their work period.

 

OUR GUESTS

• During your holiday, you are required to adhere to and respect the social distance rules in our facility.

• The physical distance and positioning of seating areas, tables and sun lounges throughout the facility must not be changed.

• If you have any symptoms of Covid-19 during your stay you must inform our hotel reception staff.
